REFUND POLICY

If the customer wishes to return our Product: Then to initiate a return, we would send a ‘Return packing kit’ to the customer to pack the product in such packing & handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick-up procedure would take at least 10-15 working days. It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number. This refund is subject to quality & product confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team & on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like Insurance Certificate, Original Invoice, etc.

BUYBACK POLICY

The buyback policy is based on giving the fair value of the Jewelry.  The benchmark rate at the store will be applicable.
85% of Gold’s value + 80% of Silver’s value will be paid back. Making charge. Other stones, Pearls, Beads, Taxes, etc. are not applicable on Buyback.

SHIPPING POLICY

our shipping duration is 7 to 12 days.

Shipping of the order from www.hemrajat.in is very safe, secure & hassle-free. All our products are insured during transit by the insurance company. Every package of the product is purchased from www.hemrajat.in will reach your doorstep in a durable condition & in tamper-proof packing. Our courier partners are XXXXXX and will dispatch through any of these partners depending upon their seriousness in the shipping address.

Shipping is free of cost all over India. Customer needs to enter the correct details of the consignee/recipient as stated in their photo identification issued by the government of India with complete Address, Landmark, Pincode, and Contact number for hassle-free delivery. As the product reaches the destination at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below-mentioned proof to collect the product:

• Passport
• Pan card
• Driver’s license
• Voter ID.

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of the courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient & the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe & secured, the courier agent will note down the details of the recipient’s identity proof. During the process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing original copies of identity proof for verification.

Orders can be delivered only to the consignee/recipient’s residential or work location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, on the streets, etc. If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery courier company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable the same will be returned to our Ahmedabad office.

Customers can check the status & track their orders by logging into their my Account section on the Website No change in address is permitted once the order is placed.
